Would a swaps thread be of interest to anyone else on here...
I think it's a great idea!
I can usually get more internet coupons from work computers, but keep missing magazine and other "manufacturer" coupons.
So I'd use it regularly.

Thing is, one of the not-so-good-things about some PTS posters is the occasional 'MSE-slagging-off' on there. But they copy & paste quoia's newspaper thread every day!

Any 'us vs them' posts are unhelpful I think - but it works both ways IMHO. I think we can all play nicely on both forums (unless you get banned from one of course...).

Oh, and to answer BLUEWKD, I don't think new members can list swaps straight away(?). I think there has to be a certain number of posts or time of membership first (not sure which).

I think this was introduced to stop people joining PTS JUST as a place to offload/swap coupons, without any other forum contribution. Not saying for a minute that would include you, but they had problems with some who did just that - and some newbies tried to dictate unfair swap terms as well I think.

I agree with you - I can't see the point of all this endless sniping that goes on, both sites have lots to recommend them and joining both sites is sensible if you want to get the best out of the '.system'.

So far as the newspaper cut/paste thing is concerned, I think they always give credit here where it is due. A lot of 'lifting' from both sites goes on and members of both sites benefit from the exchange.

I just don't think its right to use another site on rare occasions (like when MSE was down) and then complain too much about the rules ! I'm sure a lot of MSE people don't like the way PTS is run - if they were really happy with PTS then they'd use that site not this one - but at times when thats the only site thats available then its a case of putting up with it not trying to deliberately upset the members.

Totally agree.
I too look at the pts site & have found the odd coupon then posted here with due credit to pts.
Personally I far prefer this board, but when in Rome & all that, I think is very apt.

If you register on that one with a VALID email, they will send you an email.....you need to follow the link from that email to get the different voucher...they are all individual, so I cannot offer a direct link, without it coming up as "print limit reached":beer:

I seem to be printing out really BIG coupons at the moment. Taking up all my ink... How do I get them smaller. I used to be able to do it... Can't any more... And I can't find emoticoms on here either... (
