Hi im sure there was a thread on here the other day about wedding hampersI Love My Computer Because My Friends Live In It0

Yep, I;m sure there's another wedding thread started recently - if you have a quick look you will find some ideas on that one.
Bottle of something nice, couple of glasses and some chocolates?
Name a star - http://www.freenameastar.com/register.php, you can do this for free or pay a pound or so not to have the word 'free' on the certificate. You could laminate this or roll it up and tie with a ribbon.
Offer to make a scrapbook of the wedding day.
Buy a lovely book and on the day make sure the book gets round everyone to write comments to the newlyweds. If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -

I did a little hamper for my bro and sil. when we got married in june i didn't particularly want tog et out of bed in the morning - shh
- but i had to i was starving i didn't have anything to eat since the afternoon before. so i made a little bit of a foodie sort of hamper which was the top layer of the basket - it included - mini jams, pancakes, scones, some choc truffles, bucksfizz, glasses, a bottle opener, a bottle stopper, croissants, hot choccie, some fancy teas and coffee satches (from lidls) and those little cartons of milk that you can get (you know the ones from tescos cafe and so forth) my hubby picked them up but from what shop i'm not sure i know they were cheap. Underneath i did a saucy sort of thing - with a sex book, baby oil (massage oil) candles, a little hip flask with whiskey, some towels, face cloths, bath bombs, shampoos, soaps, a little whip, mask etc, some little naughty games to play, some rose petals and some room scent. I can't remember everything and i'm kicking myself that i never took a pic - typical - this is the bloomin 5th hamper and i never took pics, not even at xmas
- not sure if any of this is helpful. but thought i'd share

hi
for my sister and friends wedding i asked them for photos of them both growing up, scanned them in to pc, made a book with their photos and 'love quotes' eg from shakespeare etc (loads of free ones online) and took it around to all their guests. they both loved them - especially because it was so personalised! you can get them spiral bound at a stationers for little.
sometimes its the little thoughts that count!0
