Looking for a named contact at HSBC
Hi, not sure if this is the right forum. I'm trying to find an email address for a senior manager or director at HSBC in relation to a business loan that has been set up wrongly.
The actually branch manager is trying to fob them off by just repeating himself and wont pass it to someone more senior. The helpline say you have to go through the branch manager, seems a bit daft to me
any help would be appreciated
