total mess.. BR will i lose my home ??

ok im in a big mess and have been here postin many times before tho now i really do need to act.
i have had debt since i was 18 im now nearly 25 and other than my mortgage of £75k £2,500 arrears tho im payin in a arrangment with them i also have 12k welcome secured loan all this i can pay now im on track my problem is the £21k of unsecured debt i have had since i was 18- 20.
i dont have that much surplus income for a IVA and BR sounds like the only option tho with negative equity and a secured loan and mortgage arrears im still dont know if my house would be safe from BR .
houses in my street arnt sellin even 20k under what i paid for mine. !
my new partner has also just moved in and she has no idea what sort of mess i am in. i want it gone once and for all tho i really dont want to lose our home !
please help me.
my income and outgoings .

£1284 income

£300 mortgage ( tho deal ends in feb) then its SVR
£200 arrears ( repo order on house) really dont want to lose house.
£120 secured loan
£90 c.tax
£14 tv licence
£40 elec
£40 gas
£20 water
£105 car insurance ( claim still on record til aug 08 ) hense high price
£80 petrol p.mth
£170 food.

£1229
and thats without paying unsecured debts !!
is BR the only way to go ? and what are the chances on losing my house .
please help im in a bigggggggg mess.

    The first thing you need to do is phone one of the debt charities, details at the top of the pay, if you do decide BR is the best option the judge may ask if you have done so.

    If your house is in negative equity it's unlikely you will lose it. But do have a look to see how much a similar property is to rent in your area. There's a very small chance that if your mortgage and secured loan payments were a lot higher the OR could ask you to leave your house and rent. This very rarely happens, and looking at your mortgage and secured loan costs, is unlikley, but it's best to be prepared.

    i have already spoken to charities such as cccs and deby helpline.
    i dont see another way other than BR tho i really dont want to lose my home
