Now that wii fit is coming back into the shops, is it worth buying it?

I`ve noticed that they`re coming back in shops but do you really get fit with them? are they worth it?
I don`t want to spend out on one if they`re not worth it,lol

I only have wii play, sports and fit at the moment and I like them all.
Wii fit is probably what I play on most though. I think it is worth the money, if you compare it to something like gym membership then it pays for itself in 2-3months (and you probably use it more than going to the gym too).
I like it because you get to 30mins exercise without even noticing, at first you can only play a few of the games and I thought it would never get me fit but as you spend more time on it, you unlock more games and some are quite challenging.
It's probably not as good for you as going to a gym but it's better than exercise dvds as you get more feedback about whether you're doing things right or not.

It's fun too :) definatly worth it for me

I love my Wii Fit, though struggling to fit it in at the mo as I have so much else on. The Yoga really shows its benefits within a week or two, but like anything you do have to keep it up and put the time in (daily preferably). I couldn't be without it - so easy to do 30minutes step on the speed variable while watching a TV programme or DVD!

I think it depends how fit you are already. if you go to the gym/go jogging or running then this probably isn't enough for you, but if you're just wanting to start from a very low level of fitness then its fab!

I have'nt been the gym for nearly two years, so my reason for getting a Wii was to get back into exercise. I'm really enjoying it except for that bloody annoying woman tat pops up and says 'Where were you yesterday'.

Well ive just had a play on it, totaled up 16 mins of jogging, tight rope, waist & torso crunches, hula hooping and ski jumping.

good fun i'm not knackered but got my heart rate up! and have seen how poor my balance is too!

Would of played longer but my DD is 13 months and kept trying to get on the board too! lol
