I have had an emailed confirmation receipt for other offers that simply do not get sent out once the company realise it is swamped, so although I hope it will come, I am not counting on it.

There will, of course, be a contingent of genuine Parenting readers who have already applied in good faith as instructed, who will then wonder why their frame does not arrive. They would have no cause to re-read the new rules of the offer and realise they now need to send in a voucher.

If you've got a receipt, you'll get the free frame, don't worry.

We just had to close down the website availability of the offer (as pleased as we were that everyone want a free fridge frame;)), since we were going to run out of the ones we had put aside for Practical Parenting readers. Those readers are now sending in the vouchers from the magazine so they won't miss out at all.

The posts here sent '000s of visitors our way yesterday and there came a point where we had to call a halt.

Delivery will be a couple of weeks as we're frantically making more frames (all in the UK) to meet the extra demand. Please be patient.

You'll have seen the new offers we put in place to try to make up for those who missed out. I hope you're not too disappointed. Keep watching Fridge Frames, there'll be another fantastic offer very soon.

This method worked brilliantly for me after repeat tries all morning!

I found that after clicking on 'free postage', pressing the tab button shot it off to the right hand side, and then, as you say, pressing enter takes you to the elusive next screen.

How on earth did you find that this worked? Trial and error??

You're welcome Violetta, One of the guys earlier said there was a bug on screen and the button was misplaced so i thought if i cant click on it, i must be able to tab on it so gave it a try and sure enough it worked! Glad u got urs working too :-)
