There isn't an actual "list" as such - what we tend to suggest is that you fill in an SOA and we'll have a look and help you tweak it.

Every OR is different. But on average

Gas & electric max £60 each but would also depend on house/family size
Rent & water as they are
House insur £20

Haircuts £10 pr adult £5 per child
Holidays £20 -£60 depending on number in household
child activities £5 per child
Car expenses as they are
Dry Cleaning £5-£20 depending on work needs
tv licence £12
medical £10-£30

Goodness - gas and elec max 60 each. We spend 200 a month on electricity and 400 on oil, and even then some of the house is quite chilly!:j BSC 221 :jJanuary 2009 Club Number 7BR 30.01.090

Our gas and electric are £80 and £100 respectivly and that keeps us on top of them, not overpaying.0
-
Utilities tend to be what you actually pay. If you can prove you spend £400 on oil (like Dorothy) or £100 gas and electric together (me) then put it down. If its a lot or unusual then the OR may ask for proof.0
-
For things like utilities, the OR has some info on average household spending from the Office of National Statistics.
But it is now woefully out of date and quite frankly wasn't much use originally.
Everyone's situation and needs can be very different.
Put what you use (with a little safety margin) and go from there. As Skylight says, if it is deemed excessive they will let you know. They may then want proof and/or explanation.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
