Am I reading too much into it...

Hello

I might be worrying unduly but, am I right to think the OR will look at my statements to check my spending habits... If so how many years?

I have three children and work full time, so my childcare costs are massive, I get 70% of these fees paid via WFTC, my mum is a registered childminder and for 16 months she was my childminder, I paid her 380 a week, but when I was struggling she would say just give me £200 and get the kids some clothes or shopping with the rest, now I worried the OR will see this from my statements, and report me to the Inland Revenure for fraud?????

Hi keepmyhouse, I think the OR generally looks back statements about 12 to 24 months.

I can't really answer how the OR would view the childcare issue am afraid but hang about because I am sure someone else will be able to help you out.
