CSA Problems....

Hi all Please can someone help as the CSA dont seem to tell you anything clearly at all. Last year the CSA started taking money from my wages without me knowing anything about them, just out of the blue in my wage packet!! My ex never mentioned a thing. To cut a long story short, the day i left the house i kept reciepts…

The csa cant backdate money owed before they contacted you. If your pay has gone down for 2 months ask for a re-assessment. They will still count any bonus recieved in the last 12 months, spread throughout the year.
