Not being taxed

Heya,

I've been in my job for nearly 4months now and Im not having any tax taken off, Im positive on November pay slip I had a minus next to how much I was meant to be taxed but on Decembers theres nothing.

I paid tax on my last job but left last Jan and was on JSA from then until Sep.

When I started I gave my P45 in and had my tax code come through (609L)

I have no idea about any of this and thought i'd ask before I phone up tomorrow.

Hey my hourly rate is £7.40 but when I started it was £7.20ph.

Rough no of hours is around 144hrs per month.

You shoudl be getting taxed pretty soon. Is this the only job you have had this financial year? If so, it will be because you are under the threshold so far. You will be very close to going over that soon though. You have earned roughly 4k, you wont pay tax until probably March.
