If you are looking for a decent large one you will be looking at around £100 for a new one http://www.zooplus.co.uk/shop/rodents/cages/rabbit_cage/42416 is the second largest I have seen, but you 10% off plus you go through quidco. There is one that is 150cm wide but I have had no luck getting them delivered - the tray kept breaking in transit - I have a makeshift of the two as the one I posted doesn't have a door for the rabbit to jump out - you have to lift up one side of the cage.
You could maybe try ebay or freecycle for a second hand one. If the cage is for a rabbit they should be able to take four hops, thats why I would recommend the above ones.
Zooplus and other places do make smaller models (say for guinea pigs) http://www.zooplus.co.uk/shop/rodents/cages/rabbit_cage/30344 at £35-90 - remember you get your discount as well. Personally I would go for the biggest you can afford though.0 -
Hi, we made our own indoor cages using a couple of fires guards (you know, the safety owns). Just need to find something for the base, eg perspex/old worktop/anything washable. Some guards come complete with clips so you can fix the bits together, otherwise use bits of wire.Taking one day at a time....I'll get there in the end0
