Phone Setanta threatening to cancel...and get it half price for 3 months!

Well that deal has now run out.
The signal was down today so I called them and said I wanted to cancel.
They told me it wasn't their fault.
I said I didn't care and it wasn't worth the money anyway.
They immediately offered it to me at half price for three months as 'compensation', and told me to call back close to the end and they would extend it.
REMEMBER to call 0191 501 3601 NOT their 0871 number!!!
Get it done.
