Wife and I have date set for end of month in court,

will the official receiver allow us to be interviewed together, as wife wont have a clue to any of the questions as i deal with all money issues (which is why we are here probably)!!!!

    It depends on which OR office is delaing with your BR. We had a face to face interview and were seen together in a joint interview, others have been separately. With phone interviews they are usually one after the other, i think you could probably request that your interview is first, once you're done they should be able to use yours as the basis for your wife and just add a few details about her.
