it must be my computer, i managed to get by that page filled in preferences etc then i got an application error. not computer savvy at all so ill maybe try later. i dont know if ill order the fryer but i liked the electric towel rail. the cheapest ive seen similar to this is about 30 pounds.

its not you or your pc its the website it does that sometimes, just keep trying it wll work

I have had an account with them for sometime but never actually ordered anything from them.

I have managed to access my account but when I update my card details and click update, it takes me back to the my main account page and the card details have not been updated, still showing as my old card details?

Any one know how I rectify this ?

Need a fryer and at under £9.00 cant go wrong..

does it say check your emails to confirm changes? usually they send you an email to confirm change to details, you just click the link and then it changes, if not confirm your purchase then when the sale has ended you will get an email from them, it will say payment declined ring with new card details, just takes a couple of minutes to ring them and confirm your new details then it will go through

No, no emails been sent to me, I have tried changing the card details and updating and it does the same thing.
