    do you not have anyone else that could get the phone put into you home for you like a partner or parent as as long as the bill payer is not BR i would think BT will put a line in then you should be able to find a broadband supplier.

    Have you a phone line to your property as if not they will want £125 to connect one and yeah they do sometimes want a deposit from you for 1 year if you have not had an account before which i believe is about £50.

    Not great news but maybe a chance for you?
