I am in Glenrothes so that puts me in the Tayside/Fife section.

Strathclyde is the old regional area.

Strathclyde includes Argyll/bute, lanarkshires, dunbartonshires (deffo east not sure about west) and all the Ayrshires - also Glasgow, renfrewshires and inverclyde
