Hi all, ok so I dont want to go over the magic £99 surplus each month but i've just found out my mort payment has now gone down which will leave me with 135 surplus, but i thought the most expensive quarter is here for elec (i have no gas) so instead of paying 60 i cud pay 75 and i've also just found out that my buildings insurance co may not renew my policy in aug due to being BR, so it is ok to say my buildings/contents insurance has gone from 20 to 35 per month? This would keep me under the magic £99. Even if I had £100 would the OR then set an IPA?
your help would be appreciated.
thanks xx

£100 surplus would lead to an IPA.
