just need a bit of help.
back in october we went br since that date we have recieved 2 creditors contact us regarding a debt, i didnt write them on my court forms as i thought thay had been paid off.
am i right to just send them a copy of my br as all unsecured debt upto the br date is included weather it was declared on the forms or not?

    Send them a copy, and also send details to the OR so they can add to the system.

    Yeah the safest thing to do is add them in on your BR then you know you are covered and it wont come back to haunt you.

    could i just ask what is the copy of your br? is it the front page of your papers that was signed by the court? i havent received anything else since going bankrupt
