  • I bought one of the single eyeshadows, which was £6.84, did self scan, and scanned the 250 pts followed by the blinkie and both were taken - so just paid the £1.84, which was great as I was running out of the Mink ( which I use everyday). So they can be used together, I think it depends which way round they are. Someone said that blinkie first does not allow the 250 pts to go through afterwards

Hi all, not been on for a while, not really doing much Bootsing, until, yesterday!!!! Got loads of clearance bargains in Sutton Coldfield store, and the SA was lovely. I heard her say to a man 'this is coming up as free on the till, let me go and see if there are any more there for you'. What a darling. Any way in Birmingham High St. store they had loads of the St. Tropez boxes which were £45, at £11.01 each. Would love to get some and send them out to the peeps who cant get them, but they are v heavy, postage would be terrible.

Has anyone found reduced Herbal essences in Edinburgh?
I want to build uo my points to treat myself to a Lumie alarm clock to help me get up in the mornings:o
My points balance is pretty low after Christmas/sales:rolleyes:

I actually managed to get ones of these in clearance! i could not believe my eyes. I just saw it on the off chance. it was a basic one (does all the light functions but no radio) and was down to abou £33!!:j
This was a few weeks ago. at the time there were only 2. When I looked last there were no clearance ones.
  • Firstly a big THANK YOU :Tto everyone here for all the tips and glitches over the past few weeks. Feel like I’ve finally got the hang of this Bootsing lark over the past couple of weeks and I now have a drawer full of JK nail files and wipes, No7 moisturiser, pantene sachets, and an Olay gwp to put towards a pressie for someone. I’ve had some “free” benefit makeup with my points and I’m now saving for an electric toothbrush.

Just thought I’d show my lunch time shop as I’m quite chuffed by it! :D

I was in the Swindon Brunel store today and they had a lot of No7 clearance opposite the big No.7 stand and also quite a bit opposite the bank of tills (on opposite side of store to the No7 stand. I started using the No.7 Intelligent Balance Day and Night Fluids a couple of weeks ago (when the blinkies started) – its really good for oily/combination skin.

They had lots of the day fluid in store today, as well as a few night fluids (my bf thinks this sounds very wrong!). They also had the sorbet and quench no.7 things and lots of sun care etc.

Shop 1: 6 x pantene sachets = £5.82 +600 points and blinkie (if anyone is looking for pantene sachets they always have them in Swindon Brunel)

    Shop 2: 3 x No 7 IB night fluid = £ 14.34
    2 x lemon shapers bars = £ 1.04 (these are very yummy!)

    Shapers bars = 2 for £0.80
    No7 342 and used blinkie … Grand total= £5.36 + 20 points and a blinkie

    Shop 3: 2 x No 7 IB day fluid
    1 x No7 IB night fluid

For some reason these went through as £2.39 each on 342 so should have cost £4.78, but I used my blinkie and got all 3 for FREE
    :D

    Total paid = £11.18 + 620 points Total saved = 18.54

They didn’t have any sugababes memory sticks and the SA said that it was an online only offer.

I have several of the brushes and I think they are brilliant, lovely and soft. The eyeshadow brush is excellent, it blends brilliantly, definitely a good buy especially as it is only 63p when you use a blinkie, absolute bargain.

The above applies to the full size brushes, the same doesn't apply to the mini set which is £7.83, cute little set for your handbag but the brushes aren't as soft.

    HTH :)

    Thank you

I won't get such a bargain as I have no Blinkies  but still intend on getting some brushes- maybe try my 250 points voucher on one of them (prob wont work knowing my luck :rotfl:)

Thank you all for your comments and advice- you are always my first port of call when I need help! :j

What a lovely bunch you all are!!! :T
