This is laughable ....... been trying to order 1 item now for weeks (really wanted it but didn't manage to get it in store) and every time I try to get it in the online sale ..... the site crashes.

I'm now giving up and Mr B has lost himself a loyal customer (i'll go elsewhere and no doubt I can get quite a few of my friends and family to as well). If other people vote with their feet like me then maybe HO will realise what a shambles they've made of what was a fantastic opportunity to keep their sales up (something which they can least afford to lose in the current climate !)

Wish all you ladies (and gents) the best of luck in getting what you want.

Hi everyone,
I had a dream about boots last night (sad i know) so thought i should check the site this morning, and was so pleased to see the sale back up. I didn't get to order last week and so wanted the elle vanity case.
I managed to order 2 x vanity cases (one for my sister) and an in the night garden go glow light at 6.30 am, and a couple of non sale bits, when through with no probs (for once)
Hope everyone else managed to something good:)

If the site comes back up again my advise is

add one item at a time not quantities

if you get gen err log out, add toothpaste or something to your basket, log in then go into you basket and clear it

items are going out of stock v quickly & the system i having probs keeping up

Could we start a swap shop on another thread ??

I have one or two bits and pieces that someone may want/need and I'm sure someone else out there may have something I want/need

It is meant to be against site rules to exchange addresses etc....but...if you were to say offer a swap on the Boots Refugees thread, it may go unnoticed, or it may get deleted

Princeswoo, ur an :A ! Just tried this and was able to use 4 different codes for 500pts and a £5 off code too! Bril!:T TA VERY MUCH! :T

Also was finally able to log onto .com; kept on having the generic page error; could not log out so I minimized the IE page which was giving me the error and opened a new page (on IE) and 'voila!' was on .com!:T FAB!
