  • Morning all -have'nt read through thread yet just popped in to mention that this morning popped into town to get some cash, tripped in to wee tiny boots and used my sanctuary £3 off any sanc spa product vouchers. I know that some ladies have had probs with these and been told its only from the products photographed on the back. But I had pre trimmed the voucher from the book and sa scanned and it went through fine and dandy. So get those scissors out :- Off to catch up and enjoy my latte

  • Well since I've got nothing better to do I was wondering if I could be cheeky....I would have the following swaps if anyone is interested....

I would like a 750pts wyb lancome, EL, or clinique voucher (march expiry) in exchange for a blinkie

I would like a no7 250pts coupon (march expiry) in return for a RM 250pts voucher

I also have a 300pts wyb No7 Radiance Foundation that I'm open to offers on lol :)

just fort I'd ask since I love lancome, and don't even have an RM stand near me :) Plus, I need to do something to take my mind off my stomach and the sale. I was gonna go to lincoln today too :( Nevermind :)

For all the poorly people wanting hot water bottles, have you thought about using a heat bag / wheatie bag. There like bean bags.

They contain wheat that you warm in the microwave for 2 minutes and they stay warm for hours and hours, a lot safer than hot water and as they are wheat they can mould themselves to your body, you can even get them with lavender oil in to help you sleep.

I had one of these, was great until stuck it in the microwave one night not realising something had spilt on the turntable, result: set fire to the heat bag, kitchen full of smoke, smoke alarm going off at 2am

I have one and the kids have ones that are actually teddies with the wheat in their bellies. You can pick a basic one up in cheap shops for £3 or more fancy ones for about £10.

Id be lost without mine, its so much easier when your half asleep to just pop it in the mocrowave rather than risk pouring boiling water all over yourself.

unless you accidentally put it in the microwave for slightly too long at full power and it catches fire  ... which is what happened with my 15yo DD over christmas time.

Remembering back to day 1 of the 75% sale when i was instore there card payment system was down. So in my local you could only pay buy points or cash.

Luckily they put your items to one site with your name on if you were gonna pay by card so that you could nip to the cash point to get cash to pay, so you didnt miss out.

So if the system goes down on .com does it also go down instore or is that purely coinsidence.

    UPDATE FROM CS:
They are trying to fix the problem and are hoping that it will be back up and running this afternoon so check back at 1pm.

    (de-ja-vu)

my daughter got one for xmas, it was lavender (never realised at time). It absolutely stunk and made us both feel sick. Would never buy one of those wheat things again
