Ugh, can't believe it started! I even knew it might soon thanks to Broclo's tip, but it was iffy and I wanted sleep! Went to bed late (but before 3), and then slept late! Ah well, the only thing I wanted badly was a s&g grab bag, and they are long gone. ;(

Oh yes!!

Memories of last week!! I can't beleive it, I stayed up till 3am yesterday (Wed) but I went to bed at 2am this morning - beleiving that the sale would be advertised, as per many of the comments on here!

I got onto the website at just before 10am, then I got the generic error & it wouldn't add ANYTHING to my basket or let me log out of my account, so I've fired up my laptop & now I can't even get on the website & I'm getting the holding page!!:mad:

This is a fiasco!! Boots doesn't deserve our custom!!! I'm just so gutted!!

i think everyone has decended upon the site at the same time again and everyone is trying to check out at the same time causing choas, just remember to check your order history when it goes back on before you order it all again!!

Just got the Boots.com temporarily unavailable screen, so looks like it is no better than last time.

ADVICE TO THOSE CONCERNED ABOUT BANK ACCOUNT FRAUD, SUGGEST YOU USE CREDIT CARD AS FAR GREATER PROTECTION ONLINE THAN A DEBIT CARD, AS CREDIT CARD MUCH MORE LIKELY TO COVER AND PICK UP ON ANY FRAUDULENT SPENDS ON YOUR CARD. LEARNT THIS THE HARD WAY LAST SUMMER, SINCE THEN ONLY USE CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL ONLINE.

Has Boots taken over Moss pharmacies as well as Alliance?

I;ve looked on the Alliance website to see if theres a store anywhere near me - and it mentions Moss pharmacies as well. Do the blinkies only work in Alliance, or would Moss have the same Boots stuff as Alliance?
