I need a mortgage broker

Hi, i have a strange mortgage request.
I spoke to someone at Regency Mortgage Corporation who said that if i want to help buy my partners mothers council house, that the mortgage would have to be in all 3 of our names ( my partner, her mother and me) but that the deeds of the house would have to be in her mothers name. She would then have to set up in her will that the house is ours.
Can anyone suggest any mortgage lenders that provide this mortgage.
My partners mother will not pay any of the mortgage, it will be my partner and i.
Hope this makes sense.

Mine was a self cert which he was the best rate at the time.
