Charging Order Update

I wrote a post a few weeks ago about my other half having a charging order on his property. To cut a long story short, OH has sent a cheque for the orginial judgement, plus 8% interest per yr and claimants costs. (Thanks to my parents lending it him)
We got a letter back from claimant saying he has acknowledged the cheque as payment TOWARDS the debt and is consulting his lawyer.
After speaking to the court today, it seems OH has paid the correct amount and he now needs to send payment of £15 and all the correspondance for his to get his certificate of satisfaction.
We have already had figures on changing his mortgage to release 30k equity.
So fingers crossed it will all be sorted soon.
