Sell House but Keep Mortgage?
Comments
-
Why are you selling and at a reduction?
Ive got the same mortgage and it could be interest free soon!
It could cost you over 10K to rent for a year, pay all the expenses of moving not to mention the hassle
If you have to move at least hold out for better price over spring which is best time for sellers0 -
I am in the same position and am with the Woolwich, really dont want to loose the mortgage but have just accepted an offer and the buyer wants to move asap we obviously dont want to hold things up so would like to sell asap but if we have'nt found another house immediatly I wondered if we can hold the mortgage. We are on a really good deal so I guess its not in their interests to allow us to do this but does anyone know if this is something woolwich may consider?
Thanks0
