Different APR - Advice needed
I am grateful for ur advice.
I got a 3 month deferred loan. The APR quoted over the phone was 10.6%. But when i saw the agreement it was quoted at 8.7%. I signed up for it and later when i called to check, they said they will make changes when the money is taken from my bank.
But i called them again, to confirm this, but the person on the phone, still quoted my apr at 10.6
Later, i asked them for a settlement fiqure. Now i get a reply that, my actual apr is 10.6%, but the period of deferred time, it is 8.7% .And i will be settling this loan during the deferred time.
Whats my standing on this?.And can someone advice me what i should be doing?
Thanks
