    These are the delivery terms. Free Lucky Red magnolia wil be despatched From February 2009. Subject to availabilty. Special offer orders will be acknowledged by letter advising dispatch date and sent separately. If in the event of an unprecedented demand this offer is oversubscribed, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEND SUITABLE SUBSITUTE VARIETIES.
    So I guess the answer is no since you are only paying p&p.
