This seems to be another competition site - a mini version of this forum. I suspect that the comps they send you will already be posted here.

The only comp they are actually running themselves is the £1000 prize draw for signing up.

Perhaps you could alter your header to reflect this?

I don't think that this is a monthly comp. They are only giving away one prize

"All entries received by the closing date of 5th December 2009 will be entered into the prize draw.
The will receive a single prize of £1000. The winner will be notified in writing by 12th December 2009"
