Does anyone know when the DSI is coming out? I was going to buy a DS Lite but I've heard the DSI is coming out soon.

i believe its march 31st in the uk.......im the opposite its my youngest daughters birthday in april and im desperate to make sure i get a ds lite as soon as i get the money,dont want a new one!!! no way!!! lol!!

Can I ask why? Just wondering if you'd heard bad reports about the dsi.

I'm also saving for a ds and I'm not going to have the money until March/April so didn't know whether to get ds lite or dsi

This is what I have heard!!

The DSI is dual touch screen. Ok we probably all know this.

It will also be region locked.

The DSI will play DS Lite games. But what I'm thinking is that the DS Lite games are only setup for 1 Touch Screen playing. So why pay the extra if you don't need to.

Although a lot of people will want the new games. I understand that.

No mention of dual touch screens on the Nintendo website.

the reason i dont want one.....no bad reports but you cant use anything like an r4 with them,they are as yet untouchable for that sort of thing.

you cant use any of the game boy games either, or the guitar hero game grip

not strictly true now, Acekard and DSTT both have DSi compatible versions out now

41 days to go! You can preorder! It looks really good. It's got a bigger screen and 3 mg pix camera in it, amongst other things.

Now the only questions are is A is it worth the money and B should I get black or white lol!!
