hi all
i'll be going BR next month,im back living with my parents,would they get any grief of anyone,or will they be left alone?
Im of to see CAB next week,i just wanted to put my mind to rest before i went.
All of my debt is in my name,but the address is my parents house.
Any advice will be well appreciated.

Once upon a time, credit rating were based on address. This was stopped years ago.
As long as you have no joint accounts with your parents , they are OK.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
you should be aware that the bankruptcy order description, including the address, will be advertised in london gazette and a local paper. But as long as you have no financial association with them, it wil not affect their credit file.0
