Anyone with intelligent finance ?

Our morgage is with intelligent finance ,my fixed rate deal ends next month therefore in March i will be going onto intelligent finance SVR .I rang intelligent finance yesterday to ask them what rate is there SVR they said 4% at present . Has there been another rate cut that will apply in FEB ? ,i may have read it wrong but on another thread somebody is saying about there SVR going to 3.5% in February ,of course they may be with another lender .

    Why didnt you ask yesterday when u had them on the fone?

    Good question i have only read the post that somebody had written this evening ,i wish i had asked now !:rolleyes:

    SUNDOG -do you mean that you think that there will be a decrease in February ? sorry i was not sure what you meant by .25?
  • While IF are part of the same group as HBOS, they set their own SVR.

    The T&C going back quite a few years state that the SVR will be no more than BOE +2%. From Feb it will therefore be 3.5%.

    My mortgage with them has gone done £350 a month since November, I am hoping they pass today's cut on as well. :j

    I don't think they are imposing a collar on trackers, but i can't find any official confirmation of that at the moment
