What happens to a penshion that is already being drawn if the company goes bust, but the penshion fund is a separate entity

It also depends on the pension in question. If an annuity is purchased, that has higher protection than deposits. and different to that of occupational final salary schemes.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). Can you explain what you believe to mean by 'separate entity' and are you referring to a specific type of pension - it's a genuine question, as I could give you at least a couple of meanings?
