Can anybody help me please, all this worry is making me seriously ill

Hi there, Im wondering if anyone can help me please?
I was & am struggling financially, I was in debt with the HSCB bank & the debt was taken over by MCS? I was told to pay £32 a month until the yr 2013 which I do & have been for 2 or 3 yrs now.
Can anyone tell me just who Im actually paying, because I have never recieved a single statement!!!
I would like to know how much Ive paid off & still owe, but as Ive no contact address or phone number, its made it impossible to contact them.
All this was sorted out over the phone & all I have is a yellow PP card!
I was told, that if I make a late or miss a payment, I would be in serious trouble, so obviouslly I always pay on time, but would love to recieve a yearlly statement so I can see how Im doing & who Im actuallly paying etc
Obviouslly I darnt miss a payment.
Thanks in advance for any helpfull information.

MCs is the in-house debt collection arm of HSBC.

I'm not sure but I think someone has answered your previous post on the same subject giving you an address. so have a look at your other post asthey may noy have sent it to your e mail address. HTH
