Cashplus & Using it abroad question

I've tried searching their website to no avail so hoping someone knows whether you have to inform Cashplus that you want to use the card abroad before you do so, or whether it will just work?

Thanks

if its a gold card yeah...but it sounds like you need to contact them before you go to be verified?
Your cashplus card is welcome wherever the MasterCard acceptance mark is displayed, at more than 25 million retail outlets globally. So long as you have been fully verified you can also use your card to get cash at MasterCard cash machines♦ all over the world. There is a 2.75% foreign exchange fee for both retail purchases and ATM withdrawals and a £3 withdrawal fee per ATM transaction. Please note: selected ATM owners may charge additional fees. See Terms and Conditions for full details.

I didn't bother informing them when I went away and managed get money from a cashpoint from it. Guess it depends where you are going - I went to France and had no problem.
