Harassment calls

I have requested that Capital one only contact me by letter and have sent them 2 letters requesting they do not contact me by phone they have chosen to ignore this and keep phoning do I now go straight to Ofcom and complain?

    Yes definitely. Go on their website and find out how to do this (or give them a call)

    When the bank calls, tell them (politely) that you've made the request to be contacted by letter only and you've reported them to Ofcom for ignoring this and put the phone down.

    Or screen your calls. Just don't pick up the phone. Friends will call back or leave a message!
