Hi,
One of the credit cards on the DMP has been passed over to CL Finance Ltd. But they have my father's initial wrong, they have his second initial only.
Is it worth requesting a copy of the agreement from them? They bought it in December.

Definitely worth requesting the cca, Gemmzie - if only to ensure that the debt is genuine and that the dca has the right to pursue it:

Is there any risk because the original creditor holds the mortgage? It's why we've left them to it until now.No longer using this account for new posts from 20130

Shouldn't be, Gemmzie - but always worth double checking with National Debtline - 0808 808 4000, CCCS - 0800 138 1111, or your local CAB.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser.
