Well, that was easy!
They just told me to get the landlord to write a letter requesting that the excess funds are transferred into my account and then they'd sort it all out.0 -
Grrr. Just got a bill saying they've transferred £390 from the first bill, but that I still owe £498. I haven't got the faintest idea where they have got either of those figures from.
I have bank statements right here showing £1299 has been paid, so I'll have to go in and show them.0
