booked my br date

Hi all i have posted before several months ago and I had to bite the bullet and book my br date.

When I rang up they give me the date Monday 2nd Feb at 12 noon, and asked my name thats all.

My question is ..... Is that all the details they take? they never told me how much to bring or what forms to fill in, so I will call debtline to give me advice about this.

My biggest worry is weather they will take my car off me, in todays terms its worh about £950 -£1000 but I travel to work in it and I use it to get the docs every 2 weeks for my injections. Do you think they will take it off me?

One last point my creditors are calling everyday chasing payments but they dont listen as to why I cant make full payment, so should I now be telling them I have got my br date?

by all means tell you have the date booked most will think it is a blag but it really doesnt matter what they think

ring cccs, cab or national debtline al numbers are in stickies at the top

go to make sense of cards in my signature and complete the form then post up information on here for the experts to lok at

br fees will be 495 per person
of this figure 150 is court costs which may be exempt iin your case form (ex160)
if calls are getting you down change your number screen all calls dont answer it
