I want advice on Net Nanny/parental controls on Internet

Hi people........

As the title explains, I would like advice recommendations of a free net nanny/parental control for the internet.

As my child is now 8 she is starting to surf the net, and although the computer is in the lounge and visable, I feel I now need to protect the content of what could be innocently found on a search.

Any advise/recommendations greatly appreciated.

Thanks x

Post in the Techie Board. You'll get a better reponse.

When you post though please state what Operating System you are using.

BTW if you are using Vista one of it's better features is simple but effective parental controls.
It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die

Hi we use windows live family safety, its free download and you will need to create a email address for each member using the computer. You will set the limits to what your child can/cant do online. The settings are linked to the email address and you just sign in before going on internet.
