2nd IPOQ anmd early discharge

i don't knwo if it is current practive or nto but in november 2008 i was sent an IPOQ after my OR wanted em to put forward my case for ED.. i have sent back my IPOQ recorded deliiverey they have recieved 2 days latter .
but today i received an other IPOQ with the same letter where they asked to send anIPOQ within 14 days so they can consider ED.
i was wondering shoudl i ring them up or not ? shoudl i send it another IPOQ ?

yes it did have the EDREV on the righ hand corner both letter are identical to each otherBSC number 1830

Well before you fork out for another recorded delivery letter i would give them a quick ring. It may be that the one in nov has not been passed over to the ed clerk.
I filled an ipoq in about 3 wks before another came through for ED. My OR said they would use the one i had already sent it.4 wks later i had another to fill in as they would not accept the previous IPOQ

good news just rang them up .. they have received it but my OR had to send it to every creditor that i had and now they have ask me to send another one so they can close my case. then i will receive a letter form my OR saying case closed and they say i will be probably discharged in 3 or 4 weeks times ...... at last lol tey ask me if anythign as change i said no .
aparenlty they told me it is automatic .BSC number 1830 -
