reclaiming bank fees whilst bankrupt?

we have a lot of these which we think will be near the 4 k mark we havnt done anything about it because they stopped the claiming thing etc but can i mention it to the or will it help?
ie will they claim them or am i free to do so
charges were up to 250 per month in mar this year and majority with tsb major creditor

I suspect the OR is waiting the case results and will then be reclaiming as technically the account belongs to the OR after BR.
Insolvency Service is supposed to be self funding, so am sure they are already thinking of this.0 -
one of my creditors was my bank that i was doing the claiming thing with but now when ity pays out my OR will be having a nice bonus. as im afraid the bank accounts are now the propertyof the OR so therefore its no longer your moneyIf you want to see the rainbow ,you gotta put up with some rain0
