Bnj, it's not the BR notice you need to send them, they're right insofar as their loan isn't included in BR, but only if you were still the legal owner of the house which you're not. You need something from the court or mortgage company confirming the repossession, or from the land registry if it's been updated. That they couldn't argue with as it would prove their loan was now unsecured.

I have a secured loan with welcome which i haven't paid since September 08.
yself & dp were made br 5th Dec 08. My house is going to be repo'd on 23rd Jan (hopefully) my dp has spoken to them once, before br & we haven't heard from them since. They have been really good, im surprised to be honest as they have a bad reputation for chasing missed payments.
