The Topshop Sale

Hello

Does anyone know when the Topshop sale is going to be ending? I've got a giftcard burning a hole in my pocket, but would ideally like to leave it to the very last moment to buy to optimize it when stuff is cheapest.

Anything anyone knows would be much appreciated!

  • I don't know because some of the things in the sale have been in the sale since around November; I know this because I bought some.

Do they not sometimes do a buy one get one free on the sales goods. As a last effort to sale it?

They added some new lines to the sale today, so I reckon it will be on for a wee while yet.

Ooh, I didn't even think of that. Winner. Could get a whole new outfit for under £20! I have my eye on an Alice McCall dress, currently at £30. I hope it goes down, down, down.

I work in topshop, but am currently taking a well needed break after the festive season!

    Generally our sale goes
    • main launch
    • further markdown
    • new lines added
    • further markdown (many items £10 or under)
I think we just went into first further markdown, but other events may have happened in the last week when I've been off. I've avoided going into town this week for both mse and sanity reasons!

We haven't had a bogof for a while though (again could have happened this week) But our main season sales last forever! At least till the end of Feb.

I think I know the dress you mean, is it the one shoulder one? We all went mad for those dresses when they came in!

Also, just in case but it hardly ever applies, the gift cards expire after 24 consecutive months of non-use!

    Thanks junesong, ultra helpful!
The Alice McCall dress is tight and black with cream and grey panels, thick straps (double... one black and one cream), zip up the side. It's awesome! It's gone down by a fiver. Tried it on today and it fits like a dream. Please go down more, oh sacred dress!

I hit it when the BOGOF is on. Definitely the best time to buy. I love Topshop, they are fair with student discount too - can use on sale items!! Makes me happy! :D

    Not a problem at all!

TBH I generally hate the sale! Probably something to do with all the carnage I have to tidy up at the end of the day ;)

    Good luck with the dress!
  • I just bought a size 6 dress...gorgeous other than it had a size 10 slip inside it which is way too big...I threw the receipt away because I didn't think I'd need it but I only want rid of ths slip...think I am going to have to get a needle and thread and take it in myself. Oh well...it was £55 down to £15...can't complain.
