I've stopped shopping in H&B when I started to know more about the contents of their products....in tablets the main product is in low dose and bulked up by fillers. Not impressed when compared to other products but they have good marketing and easy access in high street.

Holland & Barratt are on the expensive side, i get all my vits etc from a company called Healthspan (they are having a 50% sale of selected products at the moment), order on line, really cheap, and always receive vits etc via post within 3-5 days.

I have athritis and the doctor advised me to get them along with my prescription medicine. Most glucosomine has sulphate I don't know if that's good or bad. But they are keeping me moving and I usually pay nearly £5 for the same thing in sainsburys. So I got myself 3 tubs. They have a good long date on them. Thanks op.
