Tomorrows the day.....

Options
Everything is lined up and ready for the big day
  • I had a friend check the forms to make sure that I'd not missed anything
  • form printed 3 times (it didn't say I couldn't staple it in the corner)
  • HR contacted and clarified about company car (although awaiting corporate card information)
  • bank account emptied, have 200 left after the 500 fees to see me through the next 3 weeks.
  • route planned and sent to car for guidance
Have to say I'm bricking it, it wasn't until I'd clicked submit that my stomach sank... It'll be a restless night I'm sure.

I'm going tomorrow as well George, good luck.

Let me know what you'll be wearing in case we're in the same court ... I'll be wearing a large purple floppy hat ... and clown shoes ... all the best.

    Mr E.
  • I was debating as to wear my finest Armani and hand stitched Italian leather shoes or not, then I got into a debate as to which of my watches to wear from my extensive collection...

As a result of all that I think I'll just go a little smart casual and polish my work shoes..

You will probably make a big effort on your appearance to find that you don't even get to meet the judge...... lol ;)

Seriously, my very best wishes and good luck - I am sure you will be fine...

Smart casual George, I didnt even take my coat off. Treat the day as an adventure, I quite enjoyed it in a strange way, I was swept along with the whole thing as I had never been to court before.

I'll just be wearing the same as the last time: shirt, nice jumper, smart jeans and tidy shoes.

But the last time I knew I was certainly going to go down for the gun.

    Joke.

(I'm in a good mood for the eve of my first court experience, hope it continues!!!)
