Business Loan Agreement
Basically I got into dfficulities paying the repayments and asked for and agrement , this was not forthcoming and they stoped taking the payments from my account I wrote and asked how much I should be paying and when and there was no response other that nasty phone calls, to cut it short I was pushed into selling my business by and insolvency practiner of their choice and landed up paying them over £150k over the original loan can I do anything I have requested the file, I also am now jobless and the agents cost me £30k and the Ins Pract £29k feeling very ripped!
