YES Loans - Rip off!!

Just wanted to make everyone aware of YES loans.

I applied for a loan with YES loans a few weeks ago, they told me that I would be able to get a £20,000 unsecured loan - they sent me out some paper work which I returned along with a £60 fee!!!

I didn't hear anything from them.... call after call later to their pathetic 'customer services department' I eventualy got through and was told that I had been declined!!!!

They promise everything to you on the phone in order to get the fee out of you with NO intention of giving you a loan.

I spoke to my bank and they said that in this current market you would not be able to get an unsecured loan over £15,000!!!!

I think YES are ripping people off, they are rude liars!
PLEASE BEWARE.

Thank you.

They are only entitled to keep £5 of the fee as an "admin" charge. Write to them asking for the remainder to be returned.
  • I had the same problem!

I know they give some of the money back to you, but its the fact they lie to you. I was told I could get a 25K unsecured loan, they told me not to apply to anyone else as it would affect my aplication with them! Ggrrrrrr.... SO rude!!!!
