Credit card Addresses can anyone help?

Hi, I am now 1 week into sorting out my finances. After being stung by a fee paying debt management company in which £350 went into their pockets and not towards my debts. I am now with the CCCS and they asre much more helpful. As I wait for the paperwork to come through I am just hoping you can help me with addresses for my creditors. I think I have found most of them but I am still looking for a couple and if these are incorrect could you please give me the right ones.

I have 4 credit cards and a loan:

Halifax, Retail Bank Collections, Trinity Road, Halifax, HX1 2UJ

Virgin Money Ltd, Discovery House, Whiting Road, Norwich, NR4 6EJ

MBNA Europe Bank Limited,P.O. Box 1004,Chester Business Park,Wrexham Road,Chester,CH4 9WW
Barclaycard, Barclaycard House, PO Box 5592, Northampton, NN4 1ZY

Egg Loans,Riverside Road,Pride Park,Derby,DE99 3GG

I am having trouble finding an address for BOS preference or is it just the same as Halifax. I am determined to sort this out. I want to write and ask for a copy of the CCA and also to inform them of my circumstances and to be patient lol I know fat chance!
Any help you can give me will be gratefully recieved, been on the phone to CCCS twice already today so want to do this for myself.
