I won but no prize arrived - any advice?

Apologies if I have posted in the wrong place....

Back in October I won some theatre vouchers with FunkyFogey. My name is on their winners list but they never arrived. I have emailed the company on 3 seperate occasions but have never had a reply.

Is there anything more I can do? Has anyone actually received a prize from these people and, if so, how long did it take to come?

Any advice very welcome

You've got to remember that Funkyfogey is a site for those aged over 45. So maybe they just plain forgot? A bit of early senile dementia creeping in.

I would suggest that maybe somebody in charge of the prizes should exercise in the Funkyfogey Brain Gym which they have just launched, to improve their memory. You know what they say 'use it or lose it'. What do you think?

my last funky fogey win took a good few weeks to come and I am still waiting on my win from there from November of a compass! I dont think they are overly quick at sending things out but I have had a prize from them in the past like I say so they do get round to it eventually !

Funnily enough I received the prize today. Their 'contact us' thing on the website appears not to work. A phonecall sorted it all out and they got here today. £30 theatre vouchers
