I went to Highbury once for a "friendly" against Kilmarnock I think.

The Scots began hurling bottles towards the back of the terrace where I was standing for no apparent reason. It was so scary.

Bit disappointed, got to work Mon - Wed, cant go out weekend or get drunk due to Beths dance competition, Mum and Dad in America, a hectic week, will celebrate properly next weekend.

Hope everyone is feeling good today. I've been up all night with really bad stomach pains so not feeling too fab at the 'mo. I'm sure I'll be better later though.

Last night was a result at my Badminton match - we thrashed 'em 6-2! Get in there!!!

Well done on winning badminton RCB! We play once a week but not in a leage - saw some on telly this morning and realised how carp I actually am!!!
